Holds a Master Research in Library and Information Science from the University Carlos III in Madrid (Spain)

Victor has worked as a librarian and educator at elementary schools, high schools, universities, libraries, archives, newspapers, television, and bookstores in Spain, the United States and Canada.

Also studied English as a Second Language in Eastbourne (United Kingdom) and traveled around Europe in his youth.
